Environmental Review Advisory Council

The Environmental Review Advisory Council serves to advise the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in carrying out its duties. The council consists of the state engineer, state geologist, and director of the Game and Fish Department, who serve as ex officio members alongside ten members appointed by the governor. Within the scope of environmental quality, the council reviews and makes recommendations to the DEQ regarding rules and standards.
