Applicants will be contacted if any additional information is required to complete the permit application process.

The amount of review time required for a permit application is dependent on a variety of factors (completeness of the application, complexity of the review, number of applications currently under review, current staffing levels/expertise, etc.).

  • Public Comment— Draft permit out for 30-day public comment period.
  • Comment Review— Department is reviewing comments prior to making final determination on the permit.
  • Final Determination— Department has made a final determination on the draft permit..
