Solid Waste Program Annual Reports

Each year, landfills and other treatment facilities needs to prepare an Annual Report that summarizes waste management activities and progress from the previous calendar year. This report provides the Department with an overview of how solid waste is managed, including program accomplishments, trends, and compliance efforts.

The Annual Report is due by March 1 of each year and is made available to ensure transparency and Department awareness of solid waste management practices. Information in the report may include waste generation and disposal data, recycling efforts, program updates, and regulatory activities. The following are the links to the annual report forms:
