During the public comment periods, any interested person may submit written comments and request a public hearing by stating the nature of the specific issues to be raised.
The NDDEQ will consider all comments during that period.

Notice of Intent to Issue a Radiation Control Program Radioactive Materials License to Operate
The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality proposes to issue an amendment to Baranko Environmental LLC's TENORM Decontamination/Decommissioning Radioactive Materials
License. The amendment will add the authorization for processing of Naturally Occuring Radioactive Material (NORM) and Technologically Enhanced Naturally Occuring
Radioactive Material (TENORM) at temporary job sites in North Dakota.
Public comment period March 27, 2025 through April 28, 2025.
