Activies Report
The North Dakota Hazardous Waste Management Rules require used oil processors to submit activities report by March 1 of each even numbered year.
When is the activities report due?
The activities report is due to the department by March 1, 2026, and should contain activities for calendar year 2025.
How to submit the report?
The report can be in the form of a letter. Please refer to the memorandum for required information to be reported.
