Spill Investigation Program

The NDDEQ Spill Investigation Program is staffed by six members who address a variety of issues such as waste management, groundwater, surface water, and public relations. Program members span across the Water Quality, Waste Management, and Air Quality divisions. Each inspector is responsible for spill inspections and follow-up in a region of the state.
