The North Dakota Hazardous Waste Management Rules require
hazardous waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDs), Large
Quantity Generators (LQGs) and Small Quantity Generators (SQGs) of hazardous
waste to submit a biennial report, by March 1 of each even numbered year.
When is the Biennial Report due?
The Biennial Report must be submitted to the Department by March 1
of even numbered years (2024, 2026, 2028, etc.).
The biennial report records information on hazardous waste
generation, transportation and disposal for the previous calendar year only.
Biennial reports are filed for odd-numbered calendar years only, such as 2011,
2013, 2015 . . .
Electronic reporting
The Biennial Report may be submitted digitally using RCRA Info Industry Application beginning January 1, 2020.
