The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) believes that a permit which meets the requirements of the North Dakota Waste Management Rules and is protective of human health and the environment can be issued to the entities listed below.
Draft permits with appropriate conditions have been made available for public review and comment.
During the public comment periods listed, any interested person may submit written comments and request a public hearing by stating the nature of the specific issues to be raised.
The NDDEQ will consider all comments prior to taking action on the permit.
