The North Dakota Hazardous Waste Management Rules require
hazardous waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDs), Large
Quantity Generators (LQGs) and Small Quantity Generators (SQGs) of hazardous
waste to submit a hazardous waste report, also known as a biennial report, by March 1 of each even numbered year.
What type of information is included in the report?
The biennial report records information on hazardous waste
generation, transportation and disposal for the previous calendar year only.
Biennial reports are filed for odd-numbered calendar years only, such as 2011,
2013, 2015 . . .
How do you report?
Biennial Reports for TSDs and LQGs and SQGs are to submit hard copies
to the Division.

When is the hazardous waste Biennial Report due?
The Biennial Report must be submitted to the Department by
March 1, 2018 for the 2017 calendar year.
